For $25, we can hold the property for you for 2 days. If you buy the property, this will count
toward the purchase price. You can also hold the property up to 8 days.
Holding the property will take it off-market. This will ensure no one else can buy the property until your
hold period is up!
Ready to Buy? If you already paid a hold fee, it will automatically be deducted during the checkout
process assuming you are purchasing the same property you held.
